Best Spots In Bali You Must Experience

The following blog post is for my fellow foodies and travel enthusiasts who prioritise food when they travel.

This week, the focus is on Bali’s diverse culinary scene.

In 2022 I’ve embarked on a gastronomic adventure to Bali and I wanted to share with you my favourite food /chill spots.

Bottega Italiana - Canggu or Seminyak

I’m fully aware that I’m starting this post with Italian cuisine but hear me out. You have to try this restaurant if you’re a fan of Italian food. You can even make your own pasta by choosing from a variety of sauces and pasta types.

I’ve personally tried their restaurant in Canggu and loved every minute of my experience. The people working there were also very helpful and friendly. If you’re travelling solo it’s also a great spot as I’ve witnessed many people eating alone.

Ji Restaurant - Canggu

I remember I was scrolling through instagram and I came across this influencer who happened to be in Bali at the time and I saw she was in this amazing restaurant with mouth watering food and amazing views. I then decided to give it a go and I reserved a table for one.

Ji Restaurant is considered to be an east asian eatery.

Waroeng D’Yoni - ubud

If you’re after some breathtaking views in the middle of the jungle then look no further. It’s also a great opportunity to try the famous chicken satay and some fresh juice whilst you’re there.

Foodie Tip: For a proper Balinese cuisine experience, don’t forget to try nasi goreng which is a traditional Balinese dish.

La Brisa - Canggu

If you’re looking for some chilled vibes and beachside views I’d recommend spending some time at La Brisa. They also have some small plates if you’d like a lighter meal. I’ve ordered the garlic bread which was delicious.

The Lawn - Canggu

For some more beach views and stunning sunsets spend some time at The Lawn.

Bagel It-canggu

Finally, I definitely recommend visiting ‘Bagel it’ as they have some amazing bagels and a cute space you can sit and relax.
